1.  Start From here, you’ll select your order, select your items, and print your return label.

2.  Place your item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)

3.  Affix your printed return label on the outside of the package , and make sure there are no other shipping labels on it. Jot down the tracking number* on the label so you can check on the delivery status.

4.  Your tracking number can be found in your account under Return History.

5.  All returns are confirmed via email as soon as they have arrived and have been registered with us. If you feel that your return should have arrived but you have not received a confirmation you are welcome to check with our customer service team and they can check the status of your return. When you return an item please provide your customer number, the order number, the name of the item (item number if possible) and the date sent. This will enable us to process your return quicker.

6.  Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
