WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non­ refundable.  Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.

How to return?

  1. Login your member account to Click “my account” to complete the return information
  2. We will address  your requirement within 48 hours business days.
  3. Send your items back after confirmed by our customer service department and send us your tracking No.
  4. You will be fully ­refunded after we receive your items.
    • Scroll down to “My Orders” and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.
    • Print out the prepaid USPS Return Label and tape it to your package.
    • Take it to any USPS locations.

We offer Free Return Shipping if you use our USPS Return Label . The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package. After the 14th day, you may use our USPS Return Label at a cost of $7.00, which will be deducted from your merchandise refund. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

  • Please include the reason for the return.

  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Fashion items / Styles turn over rapidly. Therefore, we cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges.

To return your item(s), follow the instructions below:

  • You can also return items via an insured mail service of your choice to:
  • Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package shipping for Domestic orders, returned on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package.
  • Shipping  for International orders, returned  on or prior to the 30th day of receiving your package.
  • Please include the reason for the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non­refundable.
  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We recommends you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Specification (including color) and number of the requested replacements

You can return the items, the item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package delivery for a full refund. During your shopping, if you encounter,mis­shipped items, lost package, damaged package or items, missing items or size or color mismatched with your order, we promise a full refund or resend a new package for free once we confirm it. Generally we need 48 hours to deal with this issue. Details are as bellows:

  1. Non ­quality related returns:If there is no quality ­related issue but you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund.  The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.  PS: All returned items must be in a brand new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
  2. Mis­shipped itemsYou have one option:
    1. Returning it for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service and send us the details about the wrong item The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package. We will refund you the full price.  PS: All returned items must be in brand­new condition this also  include shoes, unused and with original tags and packaging.
  3. Lost package:Please contact our Customer Service if you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date. We will give you a full refund or resend for free once we are confirmed from the courier that your package is lost.
  4. Missing items:Inform our Customer Service if an item is missing from your package.When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund or begin processing a new one, upon your request. We will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Generally we need 48 hours to address this issue.
  5. Damaged package or items:If you find the package is damaged upon direct receipt from the courier, please reject it with the reason of damaged package and inform To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer our Customer Service about the issue. If you find the package or items are damaged after accepting it, please provide our Customer Service photographs demonstrating the issues. We will resend you a new one or issue a full refund after confirmation.REF– USED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
    All refused shipments will be charged 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non­ refundable. All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non­refundable. Generally we need 48 hours to deal with this issue.
  6. We have listed all the details about item size on the website. If you find the size done not fit, please check our description and you order.

  Size as ordered but does not fit: You can apply for a return, and you would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Color Mismatch: 

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on www.megurl.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis­shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

NO REFUND POLICY

Non-­accepted to return items as below: , E­-gift cards, lingerie, hair accessories, opened makeup, earrings, bodysuits (underwear and swimwear), All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels..Watches, Jewelry Items from these categories with a must be returned using a track-able shipping method. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Jewelry, watches items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for returned,

Refunds are not available ­ . Refunds will not be issued. All sales of items marked as “SALE” or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

We are great thankful for you to make orders on Me Gurl, but there are three rules for order cancellation you have to know:

  1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Orders cancelled after order preparation may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 20% of item price.
  3. It is not allowed to change items include changing item size or color after 24 hours of payment confirmation. We will charge for 15% of item price if you insist to change.
  4. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
