1. An item is OUT OF STOCK. Will you receive it again?

We do not have back orders at the moment.. No pre-orders.

 

2. Do you accept international orders?

Absolutely. We will ship anywhere in the world where couriers ship.

 

3. How can I track my order?

You may check your account for the tracking number, Invoice number, shipping charges, and details of what is inside the box.

 

4. How long does it take to ship the merchandise upon ordering?

We usually ship the same day when payment information is received before 12:00 pm PST. However, during high volume of orders, it may take up to 24 hours.

 

5. The invoice does not match the contents of the box! Help?

If the merchandise is miscounted, contact us immediately to cross check inventory and resolve the issue.

 

6. What is your return policy?

Please refer to our return policy section. We suggest you read it before you order. While our volume of returns is insignificant, we do enforce our policies.

 

7. How quickly do you ship?

Orders placed before 12PM (PST) are usually shipped on the SAME DAY as long as payment has been confirmed. All other orders will be shipped the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. During high volume, order shipments may be delayed.

 

8. What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Charges made of unavailable items will be credited back to your payment method. At this time, no back orders .

 

9. How can I pay for my order?

You may choose between  current payment types, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. Please visit our Payment Method section.

 

10. How do I contact you?

11. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

You must receive an Authorization Number before you are able to return merchandise back to us. Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

 

12. Can I order from out side the United States?

Yes. However, International orders will be processed only through prepaid method; No Wire Transfer. Please visit our International Orders section.

 

13. How can I check on my order?

You can view orders placed by going to My Account and checking View orders that I have made under My Orders.

 

14. Is there any minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. .

 

15. An item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact us immediately for assistance at or [email protected].

 

16. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX , VA or WV, please include all sales tax. See important South Dakota sales and use tax information regarding the tax you may owe directly to the state of South Dakota.

 

17. Has my order shipped?

18. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Unfortunately we can not make changes to orders that already exist. The reason due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible is that we process orders the same day as they are made. 19. How do I track my order?
