Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Expedited orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 48 hours. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
Customer service is available for any questions 8:30 am -5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays. We accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Next Day Air and 2 Day Air, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped via UPS. Me gurl ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Me gurl cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.
Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package.
Note! The receipt is found inside the package.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left the warehouse. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order on the UPS website. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise UPS will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you. If you do not receive a dispatch email within 3 working days, please contact customer service.
Shipping Methods:
- Next Day Air: 1 business day typically by 10:30am
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days by end of day
- Ground: Guaranteed 1-3 Day
Shipping Rates:
Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.
The transit days may be subject to change and are only a guide. Any specific questions regarding the ability of UPS to deliver within this range should be directed to UPS.
